I met a client named Daniel in 2020. He is a very gentleman German. Let's take a look at the growth history of Daniel and Basen.
We met on Facebook. At that time, I just joined BASEN Company, and there was no customer accumulation, so I went to Facebook to find customers. By chance, I met Daniel, and later we became friends and have been cooperating partners.
Daniel made his first small order with me in October 2020. He bought 16 EVE 280AH+1 Daly protection panels, and he planned to install a home energy storage system in his home to supply electricity to his home.
In January 2021, Daniel feedback that he was very satisfied with the batteries he received and told me that his friend was also interested in these batteries, so he bought 32 LISHEN 272AH from me.(because EVE 280AH was out of stock in the market) +2 BMS. He told me they were for his friends.
In May 2021, Daniel told me that he was going to start selling batteries in Germany. He told me that the electricity cost in Germany was very expensive, almost 20-30 times higher than that in China, which surprised me very much. Therefore, Daniel thinks that there are many customers in Germany who are interested in assembling solar energy systems by themselves, so Daniel starts his journey of selling batteries in Germany. He was a very professional engineer himself, buying his own battery packs and helping customers install them.
In the second half of 2021, we set the European warehouse, and we sent the cell and 12V battery pack to EU warehouse, which brought a lot of convenience to Daniel, because for customers who urgently need batteries, buying from the European warehouse is a very good choice, with fast delivery and short transportation time, and the cost is much cheaper than express delivery. This has led to a lot of orders for Daniel.
At the beginning of 2022, Daniel reported to me that fewer people are buying cells than before, and that more customers now prefer 12, 24V, and 48V battery packs because buying them directly saves installation time. Daniel's feedback is consistent with the future development of our company. Because our company planned to build its own battery pack factory at the beginning of 2022, which was completed in June 2022, we now have professional engineers and workers experienced in installing battery packs. This saves the cost of the product at source and provides a more professional installation, with customers only needing to receive the battery pack to use it directly. Therefore, Daniel started the sales of more products, including battery cells, 12V, 24V and 48V battery packs, and achieved good results. The 48V battery pack, in particular, is now very popular with customers, and our battery pack is also compatible with 85% of the inverters on the market.
This is the development history of one of my customers, from cell to battery pack, which shows that battery pack constitutes a big trend in the future, and more and more customers pay attention to battery pack installation. We should constantly follow the changes of the market, to upgrade our products, expand the market, and keep pace with The Times.
